JFC launch New Range of Pioneer Water Tanks

Over the last few years, the issue of water supply has become a significant concern for farmers. In the last year alone, farmers throughout the country have experienced severe water supply shortages due to lack of pressure, intermittent water supply and various climatic challenges. Furthermore, with the onset of water metering, farmers’ water costs have risen substantially with bills amounting to thousands of Euro in many cases. As a result, farmers are looking at options available to minimize water supply costs whilst also ensuring a more dependable water supply. At the recent Ploughing Championships in Athy, JFC launched their new Pioneer Water Tank range which are ideal for a variety of agricultural and commercial applications. JFC Pioneer Water Tanks are available in a variety of sizes from 6,000 gallons (27,600 litres) to 55,000 gallons (250,000 litres) and are designed with the farmer in mind as the tanks can be used for: providing drinking water for animals, wash-down, spraying, horticulture etc.

JFC Pioneer Water Tanks are a superior design and quality to any other tank available in the European market and they are approved to WRAS British Standards for storage of drinking water. The tanks are made from Zincalume steel which is 4 times more corrosion resistant than traditional galvanise and are lined with a heavy duty 5 layer Aqualiner.

In addition, JFC Pioneer Water Tanks have a fast installation time-frame and are very cost effective, with an investment cost from as little as 39 cent per gallon of water storage. Furthermore, the JFC Pioneer Water Tanks come with a 10 year warranty and is the only large storage tank available on the market that is designed so it can be installed onto a concrete base or with a sand-pad base keeping installation costs to a minimum.
